Eligibility & risk
You must meet the legal gambling age and be allowed to participate where you live. Use your own account and authorized funds. Wagers can lose their full value; winnings are never guaranteed.
Deposits & withdrawals
Use the correct crypto, network, and address. Transfers are irreversible. Deposit and withdrawal fees may apply depending on the chain. Withdrawals require sufficient funds, completed wagering requirements, and applicable fees; network delays may occur.
Game limits
Wins are capped at $500 per game across Charmed. Paytable figures show the listed payouts; credited winnings follow this limit.
Wagering & bonuses
Each coin has separate Cash and Bonus balances and requirements. Deposits enter Cash with normal wagering; bonus credits and their winnings remain in Bonus. Choose the wallet used for play. A bet cannot borrow from the other wallet. New deposits never inherit an old Bonus requirement. A bonus selection applies only to the next observed deposit; previously accepted offers keep their recorded terms. Offers keep their displayed multiplier and basis; default Bonus requirements use deposit plus bonus. Cash has normal wagering separately. Only settled house-game bets paying below 0.5× or at least 1.5× count toward wagering. Returns from 0.5× up to 1.5× and PvP bets do not count. Returns are compared with the total funded stake. Cash wagers reduce Cash requirements; Bonus wagers reduce Bonus requirements. Demos, transfers and duplicate settlements do not count. Only withdrawable Cash can leave through withdrawals, tips, rain, swaps or gift cards. Bonus cannot fund PvP or vault transfers. Vault moves do not clear requirements. Tips and rain receipts require normal Cash wagering. Rewards enter Bonus with their displayed requirement. When Bonus wagering completes and its active games and held payouts finish, its remaining funds become withdrawable Cash without inheriting unrelated Cash requirements. Accepted bonuses cannot be cancelled or forfeited to bypass their agreed wagering requirements. Historical mixed funds with outstanding Bonus terms remain a separate legacy Bonus pool. Where available, a paid Cash unlock charges 4% of remaining USD Cash wagering after confirmation; it earns no wagers, rewards or lossback.
No abuse or exploits
No bug exploitation, cheating, collusion, self-referrals, coordinated accounts, fraud, or bypassing limits and wagering rules. Report bugs to staff. Abusive accounts may be restricted or banned, and illegitimate rewards or winnings may be reversed following review.
Rewards
Bonus-funded bets do not earn rakeback, weekly or monthly rewards, rank cash rewards or wager-based invite commission, and do not count toward wager races. They still count toward their own Bonus wagering requirement when qualifying. Rakeback and invite rewards apply to eligible play only. Some games, modes, or wagers may not generate these rewards. Reward rates, eligibility, and offers may change.
Accounts & support
Keep your account secure. You are responsible for your account activity and receiving addresses. Contact staff about errors or disputes; Charmed may pause affected activity while reviewing records.
Changes & agreement
Charmed may change these terms at any time. Updated terms apply to future use. Already-accepted bonus wagering terms remain unchanged. By clicking Agree to Terms, you accept these rules and the displayed game and bonus conditions.
